Chang Ying International was set up in the beginning of year 2016. 

We grade all different types of steel scrap. 

We have all the scrap exported after processing them to meet the 

requirement in different markets. 

We currently have 2 locations in New Territories HK with

7 excavators

7 trucks

1 scrap cutting shear

1 metal scrap baler
